Does Strict Mode actually work?
Yes — toggle Strict Mode in the extension and the tab locks you out once you pass your scroll threshold; you earn access back by waiting the cooldown. See how it works on the DoomCounter extension.
Can I cancel anytime?
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel any time — the next billing period just won't start. Manage the subscription from your upgrade page.
What happens to my streak if I downgrade?
Your streak lives locally in the extension, so downgrading never wipes it — you'll keep your running count whether you're on Free or Pro.
Is the scroll detection private?
Yes — scroll counting happens entirely in your browser, with no accounts, no tracking, and no data sent to our servers. The full privacy story is on the DoomCounter page.
